Production method
This project adopts the production method of combining thin film evaporation and distillation tower under high vacuum condition to deweight waste oil into gross oil. In the gas phase oriented cracking tower, the gross oil is cracked to produce diesel oil through a series of later refining, and qualified diesel products are produced to meet the use standards.
The raw material medium of the project is waste oil, which is transported from the raw material filling area through the pump body to the pretreatment area. After pretreatment, impurities and part of water are removed from the raw material into the dehydration system, through the dehydration system will be all clean water. Subsequently, the material through the pump body into the lightweight system, out of the light components in the material, after dehydration and lightening is completed, the material is heated and entered into the film evaporation system for material weight removal. The bottom recombination enters the receiving tank, and the top gas phase enters the rectifying tower and is condensed and enriched in the receiving tank.
