  The vacuum insulation panel core material is mainly made of Zisun unique harmless glass microfiber through the traditional wet process or the new dry process. It has small bulk density, low thermal conductivity, good elasticity, non-combustible, etc. characteristic. The product is soft in texture, good in hand feeling, easy to cut and easy to construct,which is suitable for applications that are limited by space and high demand in appearance. It is a new type of environmentally-friendly high-end heat-dissipating material.
  It has excellent thermal conductivity, flame retardancy and porosity (thermal conductivity is generally 0.035W/mK). Thermal conductivity of the vacuum insulation panel made of this core material can reach 0.0018W/mK. Moreover, the thermal insulation performance is 10 times better than traditional polyurethane foam. it can be used to increase the effective volume of various back-end products, reduce the use of foamed plastics, reduce energy consumption, and contribute to environmental protection such as energy saving and plasticizing.

The envelope is tightly sealed so that the vacuum can be maintained for years.
