Advantages:
1. High mixing efficiency, wide application
The Double planetary mixer has two sets of agitators and a set of high speed dispersing shaft revolving around the container axle and at the same time rotating at high speed, so that the materials are mixed rapidly under the action of strong shearing and kneading force.
2. Precision processing
Stirring paddle casting one-time moulding, minimum 2mm between paddle and paddle, 1-2mm gap between paddle and bottom, 2-3mm between paddle and barrel wall; Barrel wall lathe finishing, and then automatically polished by large polishing machine, to ensure that the paddle on the activity of the scraper in the rotation of the kettle on the wall of the material completely hang off;
3. Vacuum pressure maintaining
Mechanical sealing, dynamic sealing and O-ring static sealing make the vacuum degree up to -0.098MPa, and the vacuum degree is kept high;
4.No residue on the wall, clean discharging
There is scraper on the planetary frame rotating together with the planetary frame, it clings to the container and scrape the materials on the wall off continuously. The container inner wall is precisely lathed and then mirror polished to ensure the scraper can scrape all materials sticking to the wall off without residue. The blades can also be equipped with scraper for scraping the materials at bottom to ensure without mixing dead corner and excellent mixing result. Finished products with stable quality is ensured.
