RU200 split absolute circular time grid is a non-contact angular displacement sensor, which has the characteristics of ultra-high measurement accuracy, good dynamic performance and absolute measurement. Mainly used in high-end machine tool rotary table, spectrometer, telescope, high-end precision optical instrument, gear measuring machine and other equipment.
