2.The manufacturing process of polypropylene (PP) adsorption cotton involves obtaining melt-blown polypropylene non-woven fabric, which is then crafted into various forms such as adsorption cotton sheets, pillows, strips, ropes, and oil-absorbing fences.
4.Oil absorbing cotton is capable of controlling and absorbing petroleum hydrocarbons, various acidic and alkaline hazardous chemicals, non-corrosive liquids, and large-scale oil spills at sea. It is the most commonly used item for managing oil and chemical spills.

We are also proficient in the optimization design and technological transformation of advanced processes and complete sets of equipment. Our company boasts multiple PP/PET melt-blown, spunbond, hot rolling, ultrasonic composite, slitting, and other non-woven material production lines, underpinned by a comprehensive quality management system.

Basic performance and parameters
(1) High oil absorption capacity (10 to 20 times its own weight)
(2) Rapid absorption (within minutes)
(3) Suitable for industrial or marine use, capable of floating on water
(4) Clean, lightweight, and efficient
(5) Reusable after squeezing, helping save costs
(6) Chemically resistant, not prone to reactions
(7) Safe, environmentally friendly, non-combustible, rot-resistant, and mold-resistant
(8) Can be incinerated or mixed with fuel for disposal, with only 0.02% high-temperature incineration ash remaining
(9) Dust and abrasive particle-free, ensuring no disruption or damage to equipment
