Quality & QC Procedure
After order is confirmed, we have a meeting with the all department before production, investigate all the workmanship and technical details, make sure all the details are under control.
1) 100% inspection for the cutting, main trims for the production ( a pre-production sample same as the approval sample sent to you)
2) Morning meeting by the factory director each day;
3) Q/A during the production for online quality control every day;
4) Q/A for the finished products before packing
5) Final inspection while packing up all the goods. If there is no other problem at this stage, our QC director will issue the inspection report and release for shipping
6) We strictly follow ISO AQL standards

2. Do you accept OEM orders ?
Yes, We do.
Your perfect design,and your brand logo or other brands authorized by your company are well accepted.
Xiamen (Seaport & Airport) and other ports in China would be ok.
4. What's your MOQ ?
Our MOQ is 300-1000pcs but your trial order is also welcome.
5. Delivery time?
It depends on the bag's styles and quantity.Generally,it need 40-50 days.
For urgent orders,we can do some adjustments to catch your delivery.
6. What's your usual payment term?
T/T(30% deposit and 70% agaist shipping doc by email); Or L/C at sight
7. What is your sample policy?
We need the sample fee and it can be refundable once you place the order.
8. What kinds of logo you could make ?
Your logo can be put onto the bag by screen printing,heat transfer printing,
offset printing,embroidery,rubber label,metal plate logo,woven label,etc
You should send us your logo with AI or PDF format,and advise us the pantone color&size then we can make for you.
9. Are your materials from local or abroad?
Most of the materials are from Zhejiang or Guangdong province.
A few materials are from Taiwan or South Korea.
10. How can we know our order progress?
To make sure the cargos quality,our quality control team will follow and inspect during
the whole production from rawmaterial to cutting,logo making,sewing,semi-products,
finished products,packing,loading. At the same time,our sales person who follow your
order will keep you updates with detail of each step by photos or video.
11,What kind of packaging do you offer?
Normally,1pc in a polybag,suitable pcs into a master carton.
Surely, we can also do OEM packaging according to your request.
