Product Description
The middle MDF core, made from wood or other plant fibers, goes through a careful manufacturing process. First, fibers are separated for uniformity, then glued, dried, formed into a mat, and hot - pressed. The result is an MDF core with even fibers and a fine texture, providing stability and strength.The surface is melamine impregnated paper. It's treated by fully infusing a melamine - resin solution into the paper, then firmly bonding it to the MDF core. This creates a smooth, wear - resistant, and decorative surface that boosts durability.In short, the high - quality MDF core and well - made surface layer give the melamine board great performance and appearance.
