This machine is a fully automatic motor lifting impact testing system. It is an impact testing equipment with novel design, high degree of automation, simple operation and convenient maintenance. It is used to measure and determine the impact resistance of products or packaging, and to assess the functional reliability and structural integrity of the test product in impact environments. This impact bench can perform various conventional classic impact tests to realize the shock wave and impact energy that the product will suffer in the actual environment, thereby improving the system or optimizing the structure of the product. This equipment meets the impact test requirements of relevant test standards such as UN38.3, GB/T2423.5 "Basic Environmental Test Procedures for Electrical and Electronic Products Ea: Impact Test Method", GJB150.18-86 "Environmental Test Method for Mil Equipment: Impact Test" Require.
The HYS-10 impact test bench is suitable for impact testing of electrical and electronic products and small mil equipment with a length of 200mm, a width of less than 200mm, and a mass of no more than 10Kg.

 

Machine structure

This machine is designed with a shock-absorbing device, which consists of a base and an air bag to reduce the impact force of the test bench on the foundation during impact. The test piece is installed on the workbench, which is guided by two sliding guide rails installed on the base and can move up and down. The two cylinders are connected to the workbench through a pull rod installed on the piston rod. When the cylinder is inflated, the piston rod extends and the pull rod drives the workbench to lift. During the impact, the cylinder is inflated and the workbench is lifted. When it is raised to the set height, the cylinder is quickly deflated, the workbench falls freely, and the bottom surface of the workbench hits the waveform generator, completing an impact process. It can be seen from the above impact process that by adjusting the drop height of the workbench, different initial impact velocities can be obtained, and thus different impact overload values can be obtained; and by changing the stiffness of the waveform generator, different pulse width values can be obtained. By coordinating with others, various impact test waveforms that meet the design index requirements can be obtained.

Impact measurement controller
The impact measurement controller mainly implements test bench lifting, rebound control, height signal acquisition and processing, and acceleration sensor signal acquisition and processing.
Considering the needs of the system environment and ease of operation, the computer and control box are installed in a control cabinet. The electrical components and control switches on the workbench are connected to the control box in the control cabinet through an adapter panel installed on the workbench. The diagram of the control cabinet is shown in Figure 6. Of course, other control cabinets can also be selected according to user needs.
