TY-VKM-2000 Vertical Kneader Machine Explosion Proof Solid Propellant Mixer
VKM (Vertical Kneader Machine) is the safest equipment for producing pyroagents. In particular, it is suitable to stir solid propellant, which combines oxidants (e. g. AP, containing coarse and fine powder), aluminum powder and high viscosity polymer (e. g., H TPB) and other groups to form a uniform suspended slurry.
In order to meet the high standards of safety, stability and quality of explosive pharmaceutical production, VKM adopts a number of advanced design concepts and safety measures:
. 1. Explosion-proof design of the whole machine, hydraulic drive, and static electricity protection everywhere to ensure that no electric spark is generated in the working area.
2. Real-time monitoring of operation overload, abnormal operation and other non-safety factors, and use the automatic control system for effective control.
. 3 Use the complete explosion-proof safety keys, remote PLC and S CADA for operation
. 4. Use on-site video monitoring to view the workshop site in real time, and store and record it.
. 5 Remote S CADA is enough distance from the workshop site to ensure the absolute safety of operators.
. 6 The equipment adopts the planetary mixing mode without dead Angle, and the two blades run in opposite directions and effectively knead the material.
. 7 Scientific design and high precision processing, to ensure that the blade spacing, blade-barrel wall spacing and blade barrel bottom spacing can effectively meet the requirements of material mixing, to ensure the self-cleaning ability of the blade, at the same time without any metal friction and collision.
. 8 Support the barrel wall temperature measurement, the barrel bottom temperature measurement and the material direct temperature measurement and other temperature measurement methods, to ensure that the material temperature is within a controllable range.
