Vertical Thermal Oil Boiler
1.Introduction:Vertical thermal oil boiler is also called biomass thermal boiler is a new product of heat-conducting oil furnace. It can take wood shavings, chips; saw dust, straw, rice straw, peanut shells and other biomass as fuel. Because of fuel saving, environmental protection, and green renewable features, this kind of boiler is widely loved by users. According to the boiler structure can be divided into vertical and horizontal thermal oil furnace.
2.Design Structure:
Biomass thermal oil furnace is designed with reciprocating grate and large furnace capacity. So second blasting is necessary to burn the biomass completely. The entire operation process is as follows: ignition, feeding, slag removal etc. All procedures can be automated and easy to operate conveniently and safely.
3.Biomass thermal oil boiler Features:
Biomass boiler is different from oil and gas fuel boiler. Biomass fuel is rotated into the hearth, preheating, drying, igniting and burning then generates heat energy. 3. Thermal oil outlet pressure display: can be displayed on site and transmitted to the control cabinet as far as instrumentation, and to achieve over-pressure alarm
