Product Description
Structure and Composition
The equipment consists of a trough body, trough cover, rubber spring, vibrating motor, support, etc. The main material of the trough body is SUS304. The both sides of the trough body are equipped with vibration motors, which are symmetrically arranged to provide the driving force required for the equipment to convey the material from one end to the other when working. The bottom of the trough body is equipped with rubber springs to reduce the dynamic load on the ground.
Principle of Operation
The self-synchronizing inertia vibrating conveyor is a conveyor that uses two vibrating motors to make the trough vibrate in a certain inclined direction. The material is sometimes thrown upwards by the trough for parabolic movement and sometimes falls back to the bottom of the trough. Each time the material is thrown up, it moves forward a small distance, thus achieving continuous conveying of the material.
