HPMC is used in all types of aqueous paints and surface coatings.
The main application is in the production of water-based paints and the construction industry (production of dry building mixtures).
It can also be used in household chemicals, cosmetics, agricultural products, in the textile, chemical, tobacco and other industries.

Function:
1. HPMC is used as a thickening and water-retaining additive in the production of building and finishing materials (paints, putties, dry building mixes), including in the manufacture of adhesives for tiles, self-leveling floors and concrete products.
2. HPMC is the main modifying additive in almost all types of water-dispersion paints, putties. It is actively used in dry construction mixtures, due to its ability to retain water in the bulk of the solution, in particular, to slow the rapid transition of water to an absorbent base.

Method to use HPMC:
