WB-4A Automatic Mattress Tape Edge Machine
Product Description:
Automatic mattress tape edge machine is used to sewing the mattress edge tape. It has high automation level,which makes it easier to operate with faster and more fluent working speed. It has stable performance, high efficiency and easy maintenance. It can be connected to the mattress glue line and mattress packing machine in the mattress production line.
Technical Characteristic:
1.Equipped with chain stitch Singer 300U sewing head, whose lifting height and working angle are adjustable.
2.Adopt PLC program control .
3.When the top side is completed, the machine can overturn the mattress automatically to close the mattress tape of the other side.
4.Automatic corner slowdown and sewing head pressing down function.
5.This machine needs only one operator and there is no need for him to move around or overturn the mattress manually. Thus higher efficiency and less labor is realized.
