WPC, SPC, and LVT material cutters are tools used for processing three types of flooring materials: WPC, SPC, and LVT. Here are the details of these three types of cutters:
- WPC Material Cutters
- Material Characteristics: WPC (Wood-Plastic Composite) is a composite material with the dual properties of natural plant fibers and polymer materials. It is anisotropic and inhomogeneous, generating a large amount of chips. The friction coefficient between it and the cutter is high, and the chip removal is not smooth, making the chips likely to wind around the cutter and accelerate its damage.
- Cutter Requirements: The cutter material should have good hardness, wear resistance, strength, and toughness, and materials with high thermal conductivity are even better. For example, in tungsten carbide alloy cutters, the smaller the concentration of the metal binder, the higher the corrosion resistance. Among binders with the same concentration, the higher the chromium content, the better the corrosion resistance. In carbon steel cutters, the higher the nickel and chromium content, the better the corrosion resistance.

- Usage Precautions: The rake angle of the cutter and the cutting depth will affect the cutting performance. - Cutter Requirements: The cutter needs to be sharp and durable to adapt to the characteristics of SPC materials. For example, when processing SPC honeycomb panels, double-edged cutters can ensure a smoother cutting surface compared to single-edged cutters, and the cutter life is longer.
- Types of Cutters: These include cemented carbide tungsten steel single-edged left-handed milling cutters, FTL customized diamond precision saws, SPC diamond cutting saw blades, etc.
- Usage Precautions: When cutting SPC materials, select appropriate cutters to avoid damage to the blades or poor cutting quality caused by using unsuitable cutters. For example, when cutting SPC honeycomb panels, use double-edged cutters. Using single-edged cutters will not only result in burrs but also easily damage the cutters.
- LVT Material Cutters
