Product Description
1, Equipment Purpose
This equipment is mainly for heating the steel billet prior to the forging. The max. working temperature is 950ºC and the normal working temperature is 900ºC.
2, Main Characteristics
2.1 It adopts end-in and end-out design, reduced the heat loss and make the full use of equipment's space.
2.2 Reliable and reasonable loading and unloading device with the perfect Alarm & Check function, which ensures a automatic running of equipment and reliable and stable work of the workpieces.
2.3 Imported high quality combustion equipment and perfect double valve PLC control system gives an auto. temperature control and the air-gas proportion can be adjusted.
2.4 Walk Function, a kind of design to keep the same TAKT time of each zone, as to ensure the heating quality of workpiece.
2.5 Better and Perfect Recording Function.
2.6 Recording and Output Function, which can trace back to the whole heating process.
2.7. Visually reflect the working condition inside of the furnace from the computer analogue display.
2.8It is equipped with auto. pressure control system, which can regulate the smoke exhaust based on the pressure and minimize the energy loss. The pressure can be controlled within 10-20Pa..
2.9 It is equipped with Centralized lubrication system, which relieves the strength of working, and ensures the normal working of equipment effectively.
3 Process Description
Loading: Operator will select the heating process on the computer per the size of workpiece to be heated, and input the quantity number, then lift the workpiece onto the loading roller (it shall be made by the user) with the help of overhead crane.
Working: After the workpiece enters into the furnace, it will be positioned auto. by the positioning device, and moved forward after supported by the walking beam. Workpieces can be moved forward and rotated by the special settings.
Unloading: Unloading car will transfer the workpieces onto the unloading roller when the workpieces enter into the unloading area, and the workpieces will turn to the subsequent process then.
