WDR-5000CS large ultra-high pressure steel wire winding precision servo CNC hydraulic press, used for precision cold and hot forging extrusion forming.
1.1. Purpose and characteristics of the machine:
1.1.1. This machine is suitable for precision cold forging, hot forging, stretching, and extrusion forming of plates for various heat exchangers such as stainless steel, IGBT copper based, and aluminum materials, as well as precision punching, cutting, punching, bending, flanging of various metal materials and plastic materials, and calibration and leveling of large structural components. Widely used in industries such as aviation, aerospace, household appliances, automotive and motorcycle parts, hardware, etc.
1.1.2. The machine has an independent hydraulic system and electrical control system, which can achieve manual adjustment and three working modes: semi-automatic and automatic. Each working state can achieve two pressing methods: precise displacement calibration and precise pressure calibration.
1.1.3. Due to the use of ultra-high pressure steel wire winding technology, the weight and volume of the machine are greatly reduced, which saves costs and reduces the working area, as well as reduces transportation and installation costs. The sealing of the machine's main oil cylinder is improved by using internationally advanced combination sealing or metal expansion ring sealing technology to extend the sealing life. In order to improve its strength and rigidity, the slide and worktable 1 of the machine are made of thickened 45 # or 50 # forged parts, and the slide and worktable 1 have been quenched and tempered, thereby improving the anti extrusion ability and preventing deformation of the worktable when pressing smaller workpieces. The machine quickly descends during operation and adopts liquid filling technology to improve production efficiency and save energy.
