The purpose of the machine:
This machine is suitable for the aviation, aerospace, energy, and wind power industries. Cold forging and warm forging of integrated circuits, diodes and other optoelectronic components in semiconductor products, IGBT heat sinks for new energy vehicles, and heat sinks for LED lights; Precision forging of new energy magnesium, aluminum, titanium alloys, and precision cold extrusion of various types of gears for automotive and motorcycle parts; Precision rolling, stamping, forming, straightening, trimming, punching, and other aspects of large molded products such as household double bottom pots (pots), large ocean rigging, large ship parts, special titanium plates, stainless steel plates, and various large powder products.

The machine has an independent hydraulic system and electrical control system, and uses a touch screen to display precise displacement and product counting. The touch screen computer+PLC+grating ruler makes it easy to set and control parameters such as the upper limit, fast/slow rotation, lower limit, pressure, speed, and holding time of the slider. It can achieve three working modes: manual adjustment, semi-automatic, and automatic. Each working state can achieve two pressing methods: precise displacement and constant pressure.
