Waste Tires-→Single Hook Debeader-→Tire Cutter-→Whole Tire Shredder-→Rubber Crusher -→Oscillating Screen, Conveyor Belt, Magnetic Plants-→Fiber Separator -→Fine Rubber Powder Pulverizer-→Rubber Powder
1.Pull out the wires from the tire bead.
2.Cut the whole waste tires into small parts.
3.Shredding the waste tires or rubber blocks into 50*50mm.
4. The roller has groove, used for crushing the raw rubber.
Rolls have chilled alloy cast iron and cast steel two kinds optional.
5.Components:vibrating screen, belt conveyor, magnetic separator etc.
6.Separate the fine fabric from the rubber powder.
7.Pulverized into rubber powder that satisfy demand.
