A9-0,A9-1, A9-2, A9-3, A9-4 are motorized modulating actuator. It can out put astroke to push dynamic balancing valve accord to input signal ( analog signalor digital signal, they are easy to installation, and don't need any tools,only by hand and can installation in any angle. Dynamic balancing valve is suitfor pipe flow control with automatic and provides proportional control in HVACapplications. The compact design of this actuator makes it suitable forinstallation in confined spaces, such as fan coil, chilled ceiling, manifoldsetc.

During Commissioning and whenever the operating voltage is switchedon, Led will flash, The A9-x runs a self-calibration routine.(Valve stroke0->max. stroke ->Set point).Never intervene manually in this process.after self calibration, A9-x will action accord to input signal.

Our brass valve is produced by forging, through forging the valve product strength is greater, no porosity, can effectively prevent the leakage of the valve body.
CNC Machining

Machining Inspection
In our machining process, each size needs to be strictly tested. Workers will conduct a self-inspection of their products every 2 hours, and QC will conduct a workshop inspection every 2 hours to ensure that the size of products fully meets the requirements of the drawings
Assembly Room
Our assembly shop USES the assembly line, the result of teamwork can guarantee the output of a large quantity of products.100% of the products on the production line need to pass the leak test. We use the pressure of 6-8bar to test each product. Only after passing the test can the products be packed into cartons.
