3, The use of Japanese mitsubishi high-performance PLC control, after ignition automatically maintain oxygen and fuel, carrier gas flow output.
4. All the internal fuel, oxygen, carrier gas and cooling water connected on the equipment have the detection function to ensure that all preparation processes can be fully tested before ignition.
5. Monitor the running status of the equipment in real time. Once any part is found to be operating beyond the safe range, the whole system will stop sharply, send an alarm and provide fault information.
6. The equipment starts and stops automatically under the control of PLC, which reduces the possibility of operator's misoperation.

Pole piece roll requirements:
High wear resistance: the roller is subjected to abrasive wear, adhesive wear, and fretting wear during the working process, and the wear resistance is not enough, which not only affects the accuracy of the roller surface and the quality of the pole piece, but also reduces the production efficiency;
High density: compact structure, low porosity, high corrosion resistance, and also help to prevent pole piece coating and other foreign matter from entering the roller surface;
High precision: the straightness, ovality, and coaxiality of the roller are required to be high, otherwise the thickness of the battery pole pieces will be uneven and the bonding force will be poor.
The company uses HVOF thermal spraying technology to prepare a multi-element metal ceramic composite coating on the surface of a lithium battery high-precision roller, which has the following characteristics:
1. The coating has high hardness, with a microhardness of 1100-1400HV0.3, which has extremely high wear resistance;
2. The coating structure is uniform and compact, with low porosity, (<0.6%), does not stick to the material, and does not react with the battery pole piece material;
3. The coating has high bonding strength, tested with FM1000 glue, and it can reach more than 90Mpa.
4. Subsequent fine grinding by a high-precision CNC grinder to ensure that the straightness, ovality and coaxiality of the high-precision roll are less than 0.002mm
