Product Use
Application: The fracturing hose is expertly designed for rapid connection between the fracturing wellhead and diversion skid, as well as fracturing truck and high/low-pressure manifold. It efficiently injects fluids, containing acid or fracturing sand, into the well at high flow rates. This process enhances the oil layer by creating cracks in the rock, keeping them open to ensure an improved, long-term oil flow environment.
Hose structure:
(a) Lining layer: Crafted from black polymer synthetic rubber, this layer provides remarkable wear and acid resistance, ensuring the durability and longevity of the hose.
(b) Lining wear warning layer: Engineered with white wear-resistant rubber, this layer serves as an early indicator of wear, enhancing the safety and maintenance efficiency of the hose.
