Untoleranced dimensions follow the execution of GB/T1804-f, while untoleranced positional tolerances follow GB/T1184-h;
External surface roughness of hard alloy components is Ra0.025, Ra0.1 for through-holes, with a hole edge radius of R0.15;
An unspecified radius of R0.5;
Consists of 20 φ0.65 through-holes, with adjacent holes spaced at 1.05mm intervals;
Hard alloy material hardness at HRA90;
Tungsten steel material bending strength of 2300N/mm2.
Among these, the precision machining demands are particularly high for these 20 through-holes, requiring uniformity, along with coordination with four internal threaded positioning holes on both sides to achieve installation and fixation.
