[Application scope]
Welded wide fin spiral drill pipe is mainly used for the construction of gas drainage holes in soft and outburst coal seams (f <0.5), and can also be used for drilling holes in hard and complete coal and rock formations. Both the medium-pressure air drilling process and the high-pressure water drilling process can be used. The large-diameter drill pipe can be used in the sieve tube completion process, and the high-pressure sealed drill pipe can be used in the hydraulic coal cutting process.
Not recommended for the drilling of the following coal seams: soft coal seams with dynamic tendency; coal (rock) seams with nodules and gangue layers; coal seams with many small structures. The medium-pressure rotary drilling process should not be used in water-bearing coal (rock) layers.
[Technical features]
The drill rod body is welded by friction welding process, the overall mechanical performance of the drill rod is good, and the service life is long;
The spiral fin of the drill pipe is continuous and the powder mixing ability is strong;
The thread strength of the drill pipe joint is high, and the anti-sticking performance is good;
The drill pipe can be unscrewed directly by the drilling rig, with high drilling efficiency and low labor intensity of workers.
