Product Description
White fused alumina is a white artificial corundum, like natural corundum gemstones, has the characteristics of high hardness, high temperature resistance, stable chemical properties, and high purity. The Mohs hardness of white corundum is 9, second only to diamond, with a maximum operating temperature close to 2000 ºC and an Al2O3 content greater than 99%. These excellent material properties make the use of white fused alumina increasingly widespread in industrial production today.
It has excellent mechanical properties, including high hardness, high strength, high toughness, and wear resistance. Not only does it have high hardness, but it also has a brittle texture and strong cutting force. It has good insulation, self sharpening, wear resistance, and thermal conductivity, as well as acid and alkali corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance. Therefore, as a superhard material, white fused aluminum oxide has excellent properties.

1.The common types of white corundum particle sand include F12, F16, F30, F46, F54, F60, F80, F90, F100, F220, etc. Mainly used in the abrasive industry, it can also be used for the production of abrasive tools such as sandpaper and grinding wheels, as well as some refractory materials.
2. White fused alumina section sand generally refers to products with sizes of 1-0mm, 3-1mm, 5-3mm, and 8-5mm. White fused alumina sand has high temperature resistance, high hardness, and corrosion resistance, which can be used for steelmaking. The slag resistance of white fused alumina section sand is also very good, so it can also be used to make ceramic products.
3. The common types of white fused alumina micro powder are 240 mesh, 280 mesh, 325 mesh, 1000mesh, W63, W40, W20, W15, W10, W7, W5, etc. Mainly used for grinding and polishing, wet or dry sandblasting, also suitable for ultra precision grinding and polishing in the crystal and electronics industries, as well as the production of advanced refractory materials.
