A: Generally, it will take 30 to 45 days since advance payment received. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantities of your order.
Q6. What is your sample policy?
A: Sample is available if we have ready parts in stock, but we only accept EXW term for samples. Customers need to pay the sample cost as well as the freight.
Q7. How about the after-sale service of TOPMEDI product?
Every product has one year warranty period. We will provide the wearing parts for replacement within 2 years for free.
