Generally we quote FOB price, and the price depends on several factors: quantity, material, shape, quality, logo size&color&printed position, packing, design, exported country, destination port, etc. 
We provide stock mugs for free. If you want to print logo on mugs, the sample charge depends on the logo size&color&printed position. If you want newly designed mugs, then the sample charge depends on the quantity and the cost of opening the mould. And the freight charge is paid by clients. To notice that the sample charge would be returned after you placing the order.
