Product Presentation:

The installation method of cooling pipe is inlet water from the negative pole, outlet water from the positive pole and satisfy the principle of down in and out, and there is no leakage at the interface. Sufficient water must be stored in the water accumulator before use, and no bubbles must be used in the water cooling tube after the water is put into use (must be inspected before each use). If the laser tube is installed vertically, note that there are no bubbles on the top of the laser tube, and running when there is a bubble will cause thermal shock, which will cause damage to the laser tube.

3. In order to maintain the good performance of the laser tube, use a temperature-controlled water cooler between 20 and 25 degrees Celsius. If the cooling water is unstable, the output power of the laser tube will be unstable.

4. When installing the laser tube, leave enough space between the high-pressure end of the laser tube and any other metal surface. If the gap is too small, the high pressure used to trigger the laser tube will fire with the metal surface, cause damage to the laser tube and even damage other major electronic components of the laser machine.

5. It is suggested that the user should add an automatic detection device to the cooling water circulation system of laser tube in order to prevent the laser tube from overheating due to water cut. Please consult the supplier of laser machine for details.
