1. Are you the factory? Can I visit your factory?
Glitz craft co ltd,. is the factory located in Xuzhou City, Jiangsu Province, China. With 11 years experience in scrapbooking and paper craft. Welcome to visit our factory, we will arrange the board and lodging for you.
2. What is the delivery time?
Depend on the quantity and request of your products. Normally our production time is 15-25 days. If you have special order, we will try to prioritise it.
3. Could you provide samples?
Sample is OK for your check.You need to pay courier fee.
4. What is your MOQ?
Different products have different MOQ. For example, the MOQ of our cutting dies is 100 pcs per design while the inkpad MOQ is 500pcs per color
5. What is your payment term?
We accept TT bank, paypal, western union and OA(if necessary)
6. What is format of design request?
Outlined AI, PS, CAD file are OK for production.
7. Could you help to make design?
Share your idea with details, our designer will fulfill with your idea and convert it into the life.
8. How do you do when our clients make a complaint?
First, we will remake and resend them. Secondly, you will have the meeting and find the issue out immediately and take the actions to avoid such problem in the future
