Application:
It is suitable for vacuum packaging different shape tea products: short strip, granular shape, needle shape, block shape, and so on. (Rock tea, white tea, black tea, Pu'er tea, green tea, scented tea, chrysanthemum tea, etc.).
Features:
1. It can automatically make the vacuum bag package with inner tea bag and outer envelope.
2. The vacuum time, sealing time, sealing position, inner bag length, outer bag length and width can be easily adjusted.
3. Adopts PID temperature control system, ensures smooth sealing and improve yield of finished product.
4. The whole machine operation is controlled by PLC controller. With touch screen interface, it is very easy to operate and maintain.
5. With compact machine structure, reasonable layout, high intelligence and technology.
6. It is very stable and durable. The packaging effect is much better than the manual packaging.
7. With automatic protection and manual detection function.
8. The inner bag is cut by seal cutting blade, making circular opening inner bag, without causing any smoke into the tea bag, ensuring the quality of tea products.
