Planar hexagonal plastic mold is a kind of plastic mold commonly used for slope protection and berm. It has the characteristics of good stability, beautiful atmosphere, and is widely used in highway, high-speed railway, water conservancy and other projects. The mold can be divided into two types: solid hexagonal slope protection mold and hollow hexagonal slope protection mold.

Material and characteristics
Planar hexagonal plastic molds are usually made of engineering plastic polypropylene (PP), which has good toughness, solubility and plasticity. The mold can be liquefied at high temperature, easy to form, and the mold after forming is of high quality and not easy to deform

1. When placing prefabricated parts, they must be placed on a flat site.
2. Pour the concrete into the mold and wait for different periods of time according to the sizes of the molds. (Our molds don't need release agent, and can be used at temperatures ranging from -20 ºC to 60 ºC)
3. Finally, it can be demolded by tapping gently with a wooden hammer to ensure that the mold will not be damaged.
4. The mold can be cleaned for reuse.
