Shanghai Golden Aerosol Co., Ltd. was established in 2002. We are one of the biggest manufacturer of metering valves in China. The head office of company is located in Shanghai Pudong New Area and adjacent to Shanghai Pudong international airport.
At present, we have 3 own factories in 3 different cities: Shanghai, Nantong and Zhongshan, 7 automatic production lines for 1 inch valve, 2 automatic lines for 20mm valve, 2 automatic lines for portable gas stove valve and 1 production line for fire extinguisher valve. The Bag on Valve ( Bag in Valve ) is built around an aerosol spray valve welded to a sealed poly-laminated aluminum bag. When filled with product, the bag is placed inside a aerosol tinplate or aerosol aluminum can that is then pressurized with compressed air or nitrogen propellant as valve is fitted under pressure.
In use, the propellant exerts pressure on the outside of the bag, 'squeezing' product through nozzle in a mist or jet spray when the valve is actuated.
