This is a HVAC heating and cooling modbus fcu thermostat. Such FCU thermostats designed to control the fans, valves, dampers or electric heater in fan coil units and heating applications in industrial, commercial or residential environment.
It works by sensing the air temperature, switching on the heating when the air temperature falls below the thermostat setting, and switching on the cooling when air temprature increase above the temperature settings. The fan coil unit will change fan speed accordingly to the air temperature and setting temperature different. The bigger different, the higher fan speed working.
This programmable touchscreen FCU thermostat allows users to select different temperatures in your home at different times of the day to meet particular user's needs and preferences.
For convenient central control all rooms, modbus/R485, Bacnet protocal are used. Modbus thermostat can transfer working status, room temp. or set temp. to central controller.
Room card, window card, external sensor to get pipe temperature are also customizable.
