The Wilo-Atmos GIGA-B is a dry rotor pump with a modular design, suitable for heating, air conditioning, and refriger applications in large buildings.

The Wilo Atmos GIGA-B is a compact, horizontally mounted end-suction centrifugal pump, especially suitable for water supply in various types buildings. The main dimensions comply with the requirements of EN733.

Wilo-Atmos GIGA-B With optimized hydraulic efficiency, the pump is characterized by low life cycle costs. All cast parts are with an anti-corrosion electrophoretic coating, ensuring long service life. The standard pump feet and "pull-back" design, as well as the cartridge mechanical shaft seals for large pump sizes (37kW/4-pole and above), greatly reduce the installation and maintenance burden on the customer's side.

  • Mechanical seal for pumping water up to Tmax = +140 °C. Up to T ≤ +40 °C, a glycol admixture of 20 % to 40 % by volume is permissible. An alternative mechanical seal must be provided for water-glycol mixtures with a glycol content of > 40% to max. 50% by volume and a fluid temperature of > +40 °C to max. +120 °C or other fluids that differ from water. When using water-glycol mixtures, the use of an S1 variant with a corresponding mechanical seal is generally recommended.
