Pre-treatment System
Of course,it will be ok without the detailed pre-treatment if your coating quality level is not too higher.
Different kinds of material will be applied with different process of pre-treatment.
And sometime, sand blasting will be applied as one kind of pretreatment.
Drying System
The drying temperature will be set around 120 degree,10 minutes.This is up to the material and shape of the work piece.
Powder coating and recovery System
There is powder coating booth with automatic coating gun. The material of the booth body can be galvanized,stainless steel and PP.
Coating robot is optional.

Q2:Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
A:Our company is located in Guangzhou City, China.All clients, from home and abroad,are warmly welcomed to visit us.
Q3. What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our goods by thicker bubble paper, some of them are packed by carton.
Q4. What is your terms of payment?
A: By T/T, 30% as deposit for production, and 70% balance before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
Q5. What is your terms of delivery?
A: Normally our quotation is under FOB Guangzhou, but we also accept EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU.
Q6. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 10 to 15 days after receiving full payment. If your voltage is different from 380V/3PH/50Hz, the delivery time will be around 20 days for custom-made motors or electric components.
Q7.Can we customize our product?
A:Yes,you can.Customized material and standard are acceptable. We can provide different standards according to your market and favor.
