- This machine is suitable for continuous spraying operations on various types of wooden workpieces, building materials workpieces, etc.
- It can be used for full coverage primer and topcoat spraying on various paints such as UV, PU, PE, NC, water-based, etc.
- This machine is designed with a fully enclosed paint spraying room and a front tempered glass door for easy opening.
- Adopting Italian flat top compressed air filtration system, equipped with filtration fan, continuously replenishing clean air volume, and installing exhaust air filtration system afterwards. High flow and high-pressure fan ensure complete recovery of paint mist, avoiding secondary pollution of paint mist.
- Equipped with a paint exhaust treatment cabinet to reduce environmental pollution.
- The paint recycling system adopts a separate recycling truck, which facilitates the recycling of paint and makes replacement and cleaning more convenient.
- The control system uses Italian imported grating detection at the feeding port and PLC programming to control the automatic spray gun action, spraying according to the square shape of the workpiece to save paint to the greatest extent possible.
- Equipped with an independent air pressure control system, it precisely controls the automization of the spray gun to achieve the best automization effect and reduce waste.

1. Do you offer installation?
Our machines are almost assembled before loading in container. It is very easy for installation in your workshop. Video guidance and English manual can be provided freely. Engineers can be sent to service in site if the buyer request. all cost in buyer's account (the machine quotation does not include this cost), including all transportation cost between China and buyer factory (two way), visa and Insurance cost, hotel and eating in buyer country is responsible by buyer, extra labor salary USD200/day.
2. Where can we get replacement parts?
Most of the spare parts are ready in stock. They will be sent to the buyer directly from our warehouse with original prices.
3. How long can we get replacement parts?
Common spare parts can be delivered by express within one week. Some parts can be purchased locally.
4. What technical support do you offer?
