1. As the dust-laden air navigates into the bag filter, the purification process begins.
2. Within the chamber, an effective separation occurs, isolating dust and powder from the air flow.
3. Air flow is precisely managed to prevent channelling, ensuring optimal separation of the particles.
4. Initially, a protective layer of particles forms on the filter bags, which then becomes the primary filtering medium.
5. As air penetrates through the filter bags from the outer to the inner side, dust clusters on the filter elements, enhancing filtration.
6. Intermittently, a reverse pulse jet of air is deployed to dislodge accumulated powder, maintaining optimal performance of the filter bags.
