Q: I have many waste sawdust, how to make bbq charcoal?
A: We have full production line for bbq charcoal:
Step 1: crush your raw materials to 3-5mm sawdust use crusher;
Step 2: dry sawdust moisture to be 8%-12%, you can use dryer or dry under sunshine
Step 3: make wood briquettes use wood briquette machine
Step 4: carbonize wood briquettes to bbq charcoal use carbonization furnace
