Heavy-duty belt pressure beam is the core component to provide stable edge banding.
The heavy-duty belt pressure beam(460mm)is the core component that provides stable edge banding. It applies uniform pressure on the board and ensures the best adhesion even for small boards. Good adhesion is extremely important for achieving good edge banding effects. It can effectively reduce the damage to the workpiece, such as high-gloss boards. It can do much stable feeding, avoiding problems such as board displacement.
Pre-Milling Unit
Precision is the basis of high standards
Pre-milled units are the standard for high-quality panel edge banding and provide the perfect basis for chip-free edge banding and glued joints.
For uneven boards or ripples, burrs or non-vertical phenomena caused by cutting saws and cutting saws, they are re-modified to make the board sealing surface flat and make the edge banding and workpiece fit tightly.
Double Rail End Cutting Unit
Cuts off the excess edge band at both ends of the workpiece.

The four-knife high-speed corner rounding has the advantages of high speed (single-opening maximum 30 meters/minute) and stability. The independent four-motor synchronous rotation processing, through the combination of tools to round the front and rear ends of the plate, make the edge corners and end faces of the workpiece smoother and more beautiful.
