Rake fine bar screen machine made of ABS engineering plastic, nylon or stainless steel are assembled on the chain shaft in a certain order to form a ring rake tooth chain. The lower part is installed in the inlet channel, and the whole rake tooth chain (facing the water face) moves from bottom to bottom under the drive system, carrying solid debris to separate from the liquid in the sewage and transported to the ground or platform above, and the grid slag is removed during the rotation and engagement of the rake teeth. The sewage flows through the grating gap of the rake teeth to protect the pump and reduce the processing load of the subsequent process.

Rake Bar Screen Filter is an important front road sewage control equipment in sewage treatment. Suitable for water supply and drainage pumping stations, urban sewage, industrial wastewater, etc.
Can be used as Bar Screen and fine Screen.

· Theoretical flow rate (not counting grid slag and other factors)= Designed average gate velocity × water area × water surface efficiency;
· Design flow rate V=1m/s corresponding water level difference is about △H=200mm;
· Water crossing area = channel width B× (water level before grid H1-△H) /sina.
