Our X - Ray thickness gauge has the following characteristics:
The thickness measuring instrument adopts X-ray non-contact method to measure the thickness of sheet metal. This method can realize continuous real-time online measurement, and can control the thickness of sheet metal through interface with the whole thickness control system. Good stability, high precision, quick response time. Compared with contact thickness measurement, this method will not cause scratches and other defects on the surface of the plate, and the maintenance work of the thickness gauge is greatly reduced. At the same time, in the case of a C-frame can be measured at any position on the width direction of the plate. Continuous updates in technology and performance ensure that it has been in the leading position in industrial thickness measurement technology.
A) High precision, fast response time, can participate in AGC control, and the response time of 5ms -- 100ms can be adjusted according to the requirements of AGC control.
B) The integrated X-ray high voltage source and current implement closed-loop control and automatic adjustment, and the X-ray emission is highly stable, safe and reliable. Strip thickness changes within the range do not need to adjust the integrated X-ray high voltage source value and current value, the implementation of one-stage control, currently leading with the industry's X-ray measurement control technology level.
