The XJZC-03A/QF speed/impactor monitoring device is mainly used to monitor and record the time and speed of the two impactors throwing out and retracting during the emergency trip action of the steam turbine, and provide alarm output and current output.
Under monitoring status, display the current speed and current time in hours, minutes, and seconds simultaneously.
Can simultaneously receive signals from two collision sub actions, and record and save the rotational speed and time when striking and retracting.
There are two working methods to calculate the speed: frequency measurement and cycle measurement, which can improve the measurement speed of the instrument.
The speed range corresponding to the current output can be freely set through the keyboard or software.
The alarm value and the speed value of the impact monitoring input can be modified on-site through the keyboard.
Automatic memory storage and retrieval of the highest measured value (peak) and historical alarm status tested during a certain period of time. Power outage can maintain clock operation, and set data and historical parameters can be stored for a long time after power outage.
Equipped with power on and power off protection functions, with self-locking alarm output function within 30-45 seconds after power on.
