XT-3201 Heavy Load CNG Natural Gas Engine Oil Additive Package
DESCRIPTION
XT-3201 is an economical heavy load CNG natural gas engine oil additive package with low emission and long service life. It could suitable for many conditions like over speed, over load, bad road conditions etc. It could be used for the engine of high power, high turbocharger, and electric-controlled direct injection and EGR systems. XT-3201 could reduce fuel consumption and emission of particulate; it also has the ability of controlling the sediment, anti-wear, anti-oxidant, and nitrification. XT-3201 could satisfy the large stationary engine and high power portable engine's requirements with Group II/III/IV base oils.

The reference dosage of XT-3201 for natural gas engine oil is 8.5 (m%).

The product should be packed, marked, stored, transported and accepted on delivery according to SH/T0164. The highest temperature should not exceed 75 ºC. It is nonflammable, non-explosive and in-corrosive. For long term storage, the temperature should not exceed 45 ºC.

OUR PRODUCTIVITY POWER
The production capacity of ash free dispersant is 15 thousands tons, with a single batch discharge of about 20 tons. It mainly consists of ash free dispersant series such as T151, T154, T161, as well as boronized products. The thermal addition method is used, and compared with the chlorination method, the products do not contain chlorine, making them more environmentally friendly. During the production process, monitoring and analysis are carried out in the central control room to constantly grasp the product status of each production link, such as basic indicators such as acid value, alkali value, viscosity, moisture, etc.
The blending capacity of the composite agent is 3-4 tons per year, ranging from 25 cubic meters to 3 cubic meters. Different kettles can be selected for blending according to demand, from automotive oil to industrial oil, achieving specialized kettles for specific use.


OUR LAB
The laboratory has an area of over 300 square meters and is equipped with advanced exhaust and alarm control systems. The experimental platform uses ceramic counter tops, which can be considered high-end products. The laboratory has the ability to fully analyze single agent composite indicators, such as acid-base, anti foaming, copper corrosion, elemental analysis, etc. There are also some performance testing methods, such as simulating crankcases, corrosion, water separation, etc. Equipment such as ICP, salt spray, rotary oxygen bomb, CCS, etc., striving towards CNAS.
