Model XQ140/20 hydraulic power tong is a mouth opening power tong which canquickly make-up or break-out pipe strings in well service. It is used in making-up or breaking-out tubing, small drilling pipe and small casing with diameters from 2 7/8 "5 1/2 " (73mm to 140mm). Compared with the same type of tongs by other tong makers, it features simple structure, convenient operation, reliable performance, longlife, broad application range and large torque. It is widely used in onshore or offshore oilfields. It can reduce workload, improve work efficiency and the well service quality.

FYZB-120LD air-cooled hydraulic power unit provides hydraulic power for mechanized drilling tools in land and offshore drilling platform.The power unit is composed of pump components, radiator, electric heater and electric control cabinet. All electrical parts are explosive proof, suitable for desert, plateau and ocean working conditions;in the desert high temperature area, cool the hydraulic oil with air cooling radiator, keep the hydraulic oil temperature at 60ºC ~70ºC; ensure that the hydraulic oil does not deteriorate and extend the service life of hydraulic components and sealing ring;in the low temperature and cold area, the electric heater can be used to heat the hydraulic oil in advance to ensure the normal starting operation of the power station.

You will be requested to make full payment or deposit before we go into production.After we get the deposit, we start to process the order. Depending on the products you order, we usually a couple of days or even moths to complete production if we don't have the items in stock. Before production has been finished, we will contact you for shipment details, and the balance payment. After payment has been settled, we shall arrange the shipment for you.
Q: How do you deal with defective products received by the clients?
A: If there are some defective items, we usually credit to our customer or replace them in next shipment.
