YJS Compact three phase asynchronous Cage induction motor 6000V IP54
Application:
YJS series of compact 3 phase case induction motors are suitable to drive compressor, blower, water pump, breaker, metal cutting machine tool, coil grinder & conveying equipment etc., and can also be used as a prime motor in mining industry, mechanical industry, petrochemical industry & other industrial & mining enterprises.

Method of cooling:
IC411
Motor with other cooling method can be supplied on user's request.
Main features:
*Compactness in construction, smallness in volume & lightness in weight.
*Be used to take the place of the traditional motor with enclosed cooling method.
*High running efficiency.
*Frame & end cover are cast by precisely casting workmanship with high-grade cast iron (See fig. 03). Good design & excellent machining workmanship make these motors having good heat radiation. The frame & end cover obtain high strength & rigidity.
*Integrated stator iron-pack is forcedly fitted into the frame with good quality assembly & convenient for maintenance.
*The insulation reliability of windings is improved because they are to be treated by VPI (See fig. 05).
* The stator core-pack is to be treated with special corona-proof finish, so the motor can run in safety in the high altitude area.
*The ends of the stator coils are evenly arranged & fixed Reliably (See fig. 02).
*The cage-rotor of the motor is an aluminum casting part made by special process. Cage-bar, end ring & fan-blade etc. are cast once in a whole, thus its reliability is improved, the permissible rotational inertia of the driven load is increased. the motor can be run under the adverse circumstances with its good electrical performance.
*Frequency of standard starts are 5,000 times per year.
*The motor has a high locked-rotor torque, a long time at locked-rotor is permitted;
*All parts of the motor are to be treated with special anti-corrosive process, so it may be run well in the humid tropical region.
* The motor is designed with a special cooling method to make itself has a ideal cooling result.
*The terminal box has compact construction, high-grade degree of protection & reliable connection terminals. It can be connected in multi-position.

The attention should be paid to the type, power, rotation direction, protection degree, cooling mode, special condition and service requirement for fitting machine of motor on ordering.
There are six PT100 resistance thermometers embedded in stator windings of motor, every bearing is with a PT100 resistance thermometer.
One heater is mounted on the frame.
The efficiency, power, max, torque times, torque times of rotor-block, current of rotor-block listed in the table are guaranteed value.
The weight of motor is only for reference. Please see the outline drawing.
The terminal box with the leading-out wire U1, V1, W1 of motor is kept on the right side of the frame viewing from main extension. The terminal box with leading-out neutral wire U2, V2, W2 is kept on the left side of the frame.
Terminal voltage of Y series motor should be not less than 85% rated value in the course of starting. Moment of oforonerty for mechanism to be transported are those machines such as : the water pump and blowing, etc. Meanwhile, when moment of inertia(J) for equipment to be driven doesn't exceed the value in item of listed in the table, it is allowed to start twice continually at actual state (it should be stopped by itself between two starts after switch-off), or to do bot-state start once after rated running. The additional start should be done after one hour' stop of motor.
When moment of inertia of transmission mechanism of Y series motor exceed J(load) value listed in the table or has a requirement of frequently stating, please contact with manufacturer in advance for special order, in order for the reliable running.
The motor is not allowed to bear the external axial force and radial force beside coupling weight on snatt extension. When motor is used as transmission mechanism connected with elastic coupling, the limited device on the shaft be mounted, allowable axial play should be decided by the agreement with the manufacturer.
