A: Before mass production, we meticulously craft a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for each product. We also conduct a preproduction phase to thoroughly test all features and parameters. Comprehensive test reports are generated, covering temperature control, lumens, CRI, SCDM, IES, pull strength, and electrical safety.

During production, we implement three critical quality control checkpoints. Initially, we check all parts on the line, followed by a 100% inspection of finished products, including light switch-on tests. Once assembled, every product undergoes an 8-hour aging process in our specialized aging room, featuring on/off shock tests, temperature checks, and visual inspections of chips.

Before packaging, each light is switched on once again for a final inspection to ensure flawless performance.
