Subtrates: Suitable for small font printing on PVC, PC, ABS, PMMA materials
Product examples: Mainly used in electronic membrane switches and nameplate industries.Screen plate: 200-350 mesh polyester screen printing plate
Glue squeegee: It is recommended to use 65-85 degree polyurethane squeegee
Reference dosage: 350 mesh screen printing is about 40m2/kg
Drying: natural evaporation drying (24 hours) or baking at 60ºC for 20-30min
Solvent selected: 783 slow drying water, cyclohexanone
Screen cleaning: Use organic solvent for cleaning (such as screen washing water)
Precautions:
1. This series of products is fine screen printing ink. In order not to affect the printing performance, it is not advisable to add other series of products when blending.
2. Different diluents need to be selected according to the printing environment and own requirements.

Q4: Can I get the sample ?
A: We are delighted to offer you complimentary samples for testing purposes. Typically, we provide 1 kg of samples free of charge, and we kindly request your support in covering the air courier freight costs. Please note that this expense can be reimbursed to you upon placing your initial order with us.
Q5: Can I take my own brand and label on the packing ?
A: Yes, we can provide the OEM with the customer's brand and label.
