Wiring Diagram
- Terminals: L,N are the input terminals of the operating power supply of the machine. L is the phase line(commonly known as live wire). N is the neutral wire (commonly known as the earth wire).G,T1:the output of the machine triggers pulse signals.T1 is also the input signal of load voltage feedback.
- External parts: LOAD-load(heating equipment). FU-fuse. T2,T1,G-connect two-way silicon controlled electrode, G-controlled electrode,T2 and T1 are the main electrodes. L,N-outside power supply incoming line, L is the phase line(commonly known as live wire).N is the neutral wire (commonly known as the earth wire)
Warning
- Connect the meter, module, load, and fuse power supply according to the wiring diagram. The working power must be in common phase(means the same) with the load power, or the voltage regulator will be damaged.
- Fuse FU must be connected to the input end of phase line and shall not be connected to other positions.
- The thyristor radiator shall be fully considered to avoid electric shock and short circuit between electrodes of the thyristor. should be fully protected against electric shock and short circuit with each thyristor electrode when equipped.
- Every phase trigger signal wire of SSR-DV connected to voltage regulator should very short and separated from other wires in case of triggering the SSR-DV losing control due to mutual interference.
- The rated current of SSR-DV must be two times more than the actual current, Large enough radiator, good ventilation and heat dissipation are needed to ensure the temperature of SSR-DV is under 70ºC in any occasion.
- Suitable load: constant resistance type heating wire, IR infrared ray and UV lamp.
Operation
- Adjust the addend key "∧"or subtracted key "∨"on the panel, "SV" displays setting voltage value, "PV" shows the voltage on the load, press the "P" key to suspended load current .
- The regulator uses negative voltage feedback, and half-wave power supply is strictly prohibited to the load, so that the direct current on the load may not burn the transformer inside the machine, and the single side conduction of SCR shall be prevented in normal use. It is strictly forbidden to supply half-wave power to the load, so as to prevent the DC power on the load from burning the instrument, and also to prevent the single-sided conduction of the thyristor in normal use.
- Do not drive inductive loads such as induction furnace and step-down transformer to prevent damaging e to thyristor.
- "Safety first" do not touch the exposed metal part of the machine to avoid electrical accident. If the machine is not normal, do not open it randomly, it must be handled by professionals.
