I. Shipping packaging specifications

  1. Strapping and securing:

    • H-shaped steel main components are bound with galvanized steel strips (width ≥32mm), spacing ≤1.5m, and EPE buffer pads are added to contact points.

    • Ultra-long components (≥12m) are fixed by "well" shaped steel frame to avoid shipping turbulence and deformation .

  2. Suitable container:

    • Standard parts: 40ft high cabinet (HC container, inner size 11.9×2.35×2.69m), the distance between components and box wall ≥10cm and filled with air bags for anti-collision.

    • Special-shaped parts: open top container (OT) or flat box (FR), the top covered with rainproof canvas and bundled reinforcement.

  3. Identification and documentation:

    • International common identification:The "↑" direction arrow, "Keep Dry" and "Fragile" ICONS are printed on the outside of the package (in accordance with GHS standards).
