The HPM87 monocrystalline silicon flange diaphragm pressure transmitter utilizes a MEMS-fabricated monocrystalline silicon sensor chip, incorporating a dedicated signal processing module with integrated static pressure and temperature compensation algorithms. This design ensures high-accuracy measurements and long-term stability across wide static pressure and temperature variations.
