The raw material naphthalene superplasticizer (SNF/FDN/PNS) is non-corrosive, non-chlorine compound antifreeze admixture which has antifreezing, water-reducing, early-strength, air entraining, etc performance, helps to lower the freezing point, prevent concrete from freezing damage etc. It is ideal for construction in winter.

Uses
To provide initial workability especially with low water cement ratio.
To significantly improve the initial workability of site mixed concrete without increasing water demand.
To provide improved durability by increasing ultimate strengths and reducing concrete permeability.

A. 25kg/plastic bag, 16 tons/ 20'gp container without pallet, 14 tons /20'gp with pallet

Dosage
The optimum dosage of Naphthalene Sulfonate Formaldehyde (SNF/ NSF /PNS) to meet specific requirements should always be determined by trials using the materials and conditions that will be experienced in use.
Our suggestions as below:
A. Blending dosage at 0.5%-1.0%, 0.6% mixing dosage advised.
B. Prepare solutions as required.
C. Direct use of powder agent is allowed. Alternatively the addition of the agent is followed by water Moisturization (water-cement ratio:60%).
